If you don’t have any inventory space left after stealing all the village’s goods you can just drive the herd to the closest town, sell your crap, then butcher all the cows.Īnother good way to earn money is to bet on yourself in tournaments, though that is chancy since there are a lot of ways to get yourself knocked out. If you want to provoke bad relations so you are able to plunder villages then the best way is to attack caravans from that faction as they are generally poorly guarded.ĭon’t forget you can steal cattle too. You can also plunder and raze villages for a ton of loot provided you have bad enough relations with the faction, but this has a slightly higher risk of provoking a peasant uprising and the village will hate you forever and ever so don’t do this if you ever plan on recruiting from there. Showing up with a band of troops and demanding supplies is a low-risk high-reward move that can potentially net you very valuable goods and only pisses of the village and it’s immediate landlord. For serious money the best way is to get a band of troops together and then start plundering villages.
